While we do everything we can to ensure that the lettering you buy will look perfect in your home or office – we know that things don’t work out that way 100% of the time.
- Maybe the size of the lettering you chose doesn’t look quite right when you apply it to the wall.
- Maybe the color isn’t exactly as you had imagined.
- Maybe one of the letters gets damaged while you are applying it. (Possible, but highly unlikely, because applying our decorative lettering really is incredible easy. No special skills or aptitude required!)
- Maybe your dog, parrot or chinchilla chews the corner off the package we sent you before you even had time to open it.
Don’t worry.
If you’re not completely satisfied, whatever the reason, we’ll either send you replacement lettering, or refund your money. The choice is yours. If you ask for your money back, we’ll even refund the cost of shipping.
One way or another, we want you to be completely happy with both our decorative lettering and our service.
That’s why we extend our guarantee for a full 30 days, and even include chinchilla-related damage!
