Need decorating ideas for your twins or sisters room? One thing that’s important when you have children who have to share everything, including their looks, it to allow them to express their individuality whenever possible. Again, our wall decor is the perfect answer. In this photo of a beautifully decorated room for twins Katie and Sara, their mother used decorative lettering for each of their names which she then applied at the head of each of their beds. She selected a playful-looking font called Curlz and she selected white, the accent color in the room.
When she asked her twins to come up with decorating ideas for their room, they decided on a sky theme; twilight blue on the walls with star and moon accents. Coordinating bedspreads, area rugs, throw pillows and lampshades were used to build on the theme. Also used were our star and moon transfer embellishments. Like decorative lettering, you can select from our collection of rub-on embellishments. Simply cut them apart from the sheet and affix each embellishment to the space you want them to appear. Use the special tool to rub them onto the space. If you don’t like the location, slowly begin peeling the embellishment from a corner and carefully remove it. Reposition and rub. Also included in this room is a quote that’s appropriate for twins; “If joy you win, you must share it, for happiness was born a twin.” This time, the comic sans font was used.
