About this Photo
Style: Fiorenza (Italian)
Color: Medieval Wine
Size: 4 inches
Art: Diamond Motif (1-inch, Medieval Wine)
Okay, so neither you nor we are Italian. But then, you don’t have to be Italian to appreciate and enjoy this quote “Viva Bene, Spesso L’Amore, Di Risata Molto” which, in English, means “Live Well, Love Much, Laugh Often”.
This zest for life is universal, can be found all over the world, and is expressed in different languages. There is an infectious quality to quotes like this once your family and friends find out what it means. Aside from being a beautiful accent for your home, it makes a great conversation piece!
We positioned this decorative lettering in the center of the living room wall, above two similar-sized paintings. We chose the Fiorenza (Italian category) decorative lettering style for the font, and Medieval Wine for the color. To separate the phrases, we used a Diamond Motif lettering art in the same color.
Decorative lettering is a fun and easy way of personalizing your rooms. All you need is a flat surface in any room and it may be a wall, a plate, a translucent or opaque glass panel, or even your refrigerator. Besides being easy to put up, our decorative lettering and wall art can also be quickly removed. All you have to do is peel off a corner of each letter with your fingers or a pair of tweezers and gently pull it away from the wall. This means you can actually change your lettering to match the seasons, the holidays, or a special family event. Neat, isn’t it?
For this quote, half the fun will be in counting how many of your relatives and friends will try to guess what the phrase means, or ask you to translate it for them. Chances are, at least one of them will also say: “I want one too!” Why don’t you try it out and see how much response a quote like this will get from your relatives and friends.
Now here’s another great idea. If you have a quote in a foreign language – this one’s in Italian – like this on your wall, after several months you can remove the decorative lettering and put up the same quote, this time in another language such as Spanish or German. Then watch your relatives’ and friends’ eyes widen when they come back to visit, see the quote, and notice that there’s something strangely but pleasantly different about it. One of them is surely bound to say: “That wasn’t the way it looked before! Something’s different!”
We hope you have as much fun with the decorative lettering as we’re having, thinking of great new ideas for you. If you’ve got a question, feel free to email us at firstname.lastname@example.org
