One easy and effective way to add wall decor in a boy's room is by using our decorative lettering. Decorative lettering is the writing you see here on the wall of this boy's room. These quotations have not been professionally hand-painted, although that is how they appear. What decorative lettering actually consists of is pre-measured, pre-spaced and pre-cut lettering that you rub directly onto your painted walls, wooden furniture, glass, mirrors and other smooth surfaces in your home. When you're finished rubbing out the letters, they'll look and feel like they've been applied using several coats of paint. The truth is there's absolutely no paint (or professional painter) involved in this project; only your imagination. The wall decor in this boy's room is built around an airplane theme. The quotations that were chosen relate in some way to flying and soaring. One of the quotes, "Souls of men, dreaming of Skies to Conquer," is actually part of a US Air Force song and works very well in this room. The other is a famous quote by William Blake, "No bird soars too high, if he soars with his own wings." Both quotations were created using the Chancery font in white. Both of these are inspirational and well as relevant to the theme, and both add incredible detail to the wall decor in a boy's room.
